Can I register to use Xchange if I am not a member of the UK Higher/Further Education sectors or Research Councils?
No. Xchange is limited to the above users only.

I am trying to register but cannot find my Institution or Research Council in the list. Can this be added?
If your Institution or Research Council is not in the list, make sure you are searching on keywords from the name, rather than an Abbreviation of the name. If you are a member of a parent Institution or Research Council, search for that instead. Otherwise you should contact JISC Procureweb.
